Exchanges/ Refunds
Please choose your product/s carefully, as The Freckled Frog do not usually provide refunds for products where you have simply changed your mind. Faulty products must be brought to our attention within 7 days. We may ask for a photo of the problem.
If you have a minor problem with a product, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you will be issued with either of the following; a replacement, refund, credit, spare parts, repaired or compensated for.
