Due to the impact from COVID 19, we would like to inform you that our delivery partners are currently experiencing postage delays impacting the time orders are being received.
We ask you to please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery when placing your orders.
Don’t forget to check your email or junk mail for tracking details however, we ask you to also be patient with this as tracking notifications have been delayed as well.
International orders to some countries are affected due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Click here to learn more.
Please note that large orders with more than one box may be sent in split deliveries, unfortunately, this is out of our control as large volumes are passing through the Australia Post network. If this is the case you will receive more than one tracking number for your order. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.

What payment methods do you accept?
The standard currency on The Freckled Frog website are in Australian dollars ($AUD). We offer many payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard and Visa, as well as PayPal and AfterPay.
1. Credit Card by Stripe
We accept Mastercard and Visa cards through Stripe. Stripe ensures your credit card details are encrypted, and this level of security is currently considered unbreakable. Stripe processes your credit card transaction and deposits funds into our account. No credit card information is stored on our computer or our server. Payments can be made with PayPal either with your credit card or existing PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment using PayPal. No credit card information is stored on our computer or our server.
We accept orders over $79.95 using AfterPay. AfterPay will split the payment into four equal instalments which are due every 2 weeks. Simply nominate the debit or credit card you want to use and the amount is debited automatically. AfterPay’s full terms and conditions can be found by clicking here.

Yes we do! We ship to (nearly) all countries around the world.
How much does shipping cost outside of Australia?
To calculate the cost of shipping:
1. Add items to cart and go to checkout.
2. Enter your delivery address at checkout.
3. Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address.
How much does shipping cost within Australia?
Australia wide standard shipping is a flatrate of $10, this excludes bulky and heavy items.
Express shipping cost will be calculated once you have provided your address at checkout.
Wholesale customer shipping options and costs are automatically calculated once you have provided your address at checkout. There is also an option to use your own courier. Please contact us to apply and once approved you can use this option. Please note approval will depend on location and courier company.
How long after placing my order can I expect delivery?
In general for Australian orders, customers in major towns and cities can expect delivery of their orders within 3-7 business days. For estimates please use Australia Post postage calulator for delivery times to your city or town.

How can I track my order?

The product I would like to order is out of stock. How can I be notified when it is back in stock?
You can simply head to the product online that is ‘out of stock’ and subscribe to the ‘BACK IN STOCK NOTIFCATION’ by leaving your email address. Once it is re-stocked you will be notified via email.
Can I make changes to my order once processed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed online we are unable to make changes or cancel.

Are all of your products safety tested to Australian standards?
Absolutely! We take safety very seriously at the Freckled Frog, all of our toys are safety test to all of the major standards.
Do you have a shop?
