What payment methods do you accept?
The standard currency on The Freckled Frog website is in Australian dollars ($AUD). We offer many payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard and Visa, as well as PayPal and AfterPay.
1. Credit Card by Stripe
We accept Mastercard and Visa cards through Stripe. Stripe ensures your credit card details are encrypted, and this level of security is currently considered unbreakable. Stripe processes your credit card transaction and deposits funds into our account. No credit card information is stored on our computer or our server. 2. PayPal
Payments can be made with PayPal either with your credit card or existing PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment using PayPal. No credit card information is stored on our computer or our server.
3. AfterPay
We accept orders over $79.95 using AfterPay. AfterPay will split the payment into four equal instalments which are due every 2 weeks. Simply nominate the debit or credit card you want to use and the amount is debited automatically. AfterPay’s full terms and conditions can be found by clicking here.

Yes we do! We ship to (nearly) all countries around the world.
How much does shipping cost within Australia?
Australia-wide standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.95, this excludes bulky and heavy items.
Express shipping cost will be calculated once you have provided your address at checkout.
Wholesale customer shipping options and costs are automatically calculated once you have provided your address at checkout. There is also an option to use your own courier. Please contact us to apply and once approved you can use this option. Please note approval will depend on location and courier company.
How much does shipping cost outside of Australia?
Please kindly note our shipping provider Australia Post has a limit of 20kg per order.
To calculate the cost of shipping:
1. Add items to cart and go to checkout.
2. Enter your delivery address at checkout.
3. Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address.
If your order is greater than 20kg shipping costs cannot be calculated, please remove some items from your cart and try again.
How long after placing my order can I expect delivery?
In general for Australian orders, customers in major towns and cities can expect delivery of their orders within 3-7 business days. For estimates please use Australia Post postage calculator for delivery times to your city or town.
